When you run a subscription service there will be customers who want to cancel their subscription at some point. This is a good opportunity to ask your customer for feedback. In that way you can collect insights on how to improve your service.


The survey we have implemented will be prompted as soon as the customer clicks on the cancel button on the web.

It consists of one question or sentence and multiple answer options either choice or free text. The customer needs to select one answer to continue with the cancellation process.


The results will be shown in the analytics section in the Magine Pro Console.
