The web and mobile application have a settings page where the consumer gets the basic account information. The page informs about her email, the application she is using and links to important service pages e.g. FAQ and support. The page also includes the possibility to log out. 


If changes of the account settings are necessary the consumer has to login to the website of the service. The consumer can change the following settings: 

  • Update contact email 
  • Activate or deactivate the parental control 
  • Clear the device list 
  • Purchase or cancel an offer

Changing the newsletter preferences

A user decides during the account registration process if she wants to receive newsletters. If she wants to change the status of her newsletter preferences, later on, she will need to do the following:

  • Unsubscribe: Click on the unsubscribe button in the newsletter
  • Subscribe: Contact customer support who will change the settings in the newsletter service
