The mobile applications have a settings page where the consumer gets the basic account information. The page informs about: 

  • the registered email address
  • purchased offers
  • the application the customer is using
  • links to important service pages e.g. FAQ and support
  • possibility to define the settings for downloading offline content

The page also includes the possibility to log out. 

If changes of the account settings are necessary the consumer has to login to the website of the service. The consumer can change the following settings: 

  • Update contact email 
  • Activate or deactivate the parental control 
  • Clear the device list 
  • Buy or cancel an offer purchased on the website

Changing the newsletter preferences

A user decides during the account registration process if she wants to receive newsletters. If she wants to change the status of her newsletter preferences, later on, she will need to do the following:

  • Unsubscribe: Click on the unsubscribe button in the newsletter
  • Subscribe: Contact customer support who can change the settings in the newsletter 3rd party tool
